Dec 1, 10am-10pm, “Celebrating Life and the Sacred”

This day is a gift from all of us to all of us, a day of giving back to the community! Please do stop in so we can tell you how much we appreciate you!

Messy arts workshops for children will be open 11am to 4pm! Robyn Graves, of the Guitar and Graves Project, will play 1:30pm to 3:30pm! Drum circle, 4-6pm!

Our December gallery show is titled “Sacred,” featuring icons painted by Joyce Vidal-Thornburg and the art of Heather Smith-Gearns. There will be a supporting show by Millet House artists. Joyce and Heather will be present in the afternoon to tell us about their work.

Snacks will be on the main table at lunchtime!

Then in the evening, from 7pm to 10pm, Hopi reggae musician Casper Lomayesva and local musicians will contribute to the celebration of life gathering!

Princess Pita Mediterranean Restaurant and Market will be sponsoring the musicians.

And our friend Augustin and his family will be cooking. Augustin makes tacos and Mexican hot chocolate, and takes cash and Zelle.

(And with the exception of the tacos in the evening, everything is free!)
